On December 5th, the National Civil War Naval Museum will hold their annual holiday event, Christmas at the Museum. Families can enjoy special programming that features community entertainment, craft vendors, food trucks, museum tours, shopping in the Museum store, and refreshments.  Sadly, in keeping with safety precautions, there will be no Santa Claus appearance nor photo opportunities with him this year.

This free event is a thank you to the wonderful community that we serve.  While admission to this event is free, it also coincides with the museum’s annual canned food drive. We ask visitors to please consider bringing in  canned food/non-perishable food items to donate. All food donations will benefit  The Valley Rescue Mission. We  also ask that all in attendance bring face coverings and practice social distancing while inside.
