If you haven’t already done so, it’s time to purchase your tickets for this year’s Christmas dinner. When: Thursday, December 7, from 5:30 to 7:30p. Where: Chattahoochee River Club, 1100 Bay Avenue, Columbus. Yes, there’s free parking in the parking garage right across the street.  Cost: $45 per ticket. If you want to purchase your tickets online, go to our website at columbusartistsguild.com and follow the instructions for the Christmas party. If you’d rather mail in a check, that’s fine too. Mail your check to Columbus Artists’ Guild, P. O. Box 5142, Columbus, GA 31906. Please plan to bring a can of soup for our “Soup for Santa” campaign. We’ll donate all of the soup to the Feeding the Valley Food Bank. Do you like re-gifting? Find something in the closet, wrap it up, and then you’re eligible for our Dirty Santa gift exchange. If the cupboards are bare, please don’t spend more than $10-15. We plan to have a fun evening: great food, lame jokes, gift exchange, Santa trivia contest, a hired comedian (adult humor, leave the kids at home), and terrific holiday music.
