Please join Sounds of TAO guide, Michelle Plummer, in a relaxing sound meditation of gratitude as we begin to enter our holiday season. As a collective we will set a gratitude intention as we Trust, Allow, and Observe our breath through sound and stillness. Applying the wellness tool of sound, we are able to engage in relaxation and self-care coupled with the power of gratitude entering portals of peace, joy, and blessing that empower us in these fluid times.
The sound meditation may include tones from energy shifting instruments such as gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, drums, or shakers that deliver sound waves creating exceptional states of relaxation and stress relief, thereby supporting immune function. Intentional instrument playing infused with love, healing, and wellbeing supports the space provided for each participant. Sound bathers experiences may vary as we unite body, mind, and vibration with this mindfulness practice.
Please bring your yoga mat and any support aids (ex:neck pillow) to assist in remaining comfortable in a supine or upright position for the duration of the session.

CAVEAT: Sound baths are not recommended for those in their 1st Trimester of pregnancy, sensitive to varying degrees of tones, or a history of seizures. Sound sessions are family friendly and a great relaxation method for kids. Please ensure your child is able to remain on their mat quietly for the duration of the session.
